Shop for food (5/25 ) Help load trailer at church with supplies at 4:45 pm Setup Team at 5:15pm (prepare lemonade, water and set up tables & food) Cooks - grilling hamburgers & hot dogs Bring 2 garnish trays (pre-sliced lettuce, tomato, onion) Food Runners during the event (refill drinks/refill and tidy up food tables) Tear Down & Clean up at 8:00pm Help unload trailer after the event at church Wherever needed
